The fermentation of the garlic creates an amazing earthy tang that goes amazing with the spicy sweetness of the mustard and honey.

We ferment the garlic in the honey, which means the honey also has sweetened garlic notes to it. In no way does this taste like raw garlic. The fermentation almost “cooks” the garlic, reducing it in intensity.
You can use this like a traditional mustard, as a base for marinades, or add some of your favourite vegan mayonnaise to create a plant-based honey mustard dressing.
