Pickled Vegetables

Our pickles are vinegar-brined, which is our favourite method for pickling.

We use the seasons and local growers dictate what we end up procuring for our pickle projects. Our pickles are ultra-tangy, with a balance of salty and sweet – the perfect treat for any picklehead. We typically use a blend of vinegars that compliment the baseline taste characteristics of the vegetable as well as aromatics such as garlic, black peppercorn, fennel, coriander, bay leaf and mustard seeds.

Pickles to date include:

  • Cucumbers
  • Heirloom Rainbow Carrots
  • Beets
  • Celeriac
  • Turnip
  • Radish

Great with charcuterie/cheese boards, diced into salads, in your favourite caesar cocktail or straight out of the jar.

*Our pickles will be seasonally rotating throughout the year.
